Mission Leadership Institute (MLI) is a ministry of Mission Church in Walnut Creek, California, in partnership with Southeastern University (SEU) in Lakeland, Florida. Through this partnership, SEU offers students affordable degree programs. In addition to their academic coursework, students have the opportunity to earn practicum credit through hands-on ministry training at Mission Church in areas such as kids ministry, youth, worship, discipleship, and production. Students also participate in several life-changing experiences throughout the year—including two retreats and an international missions trip.
